The product has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
Tags, labels, or packaging are missing.
The item was purchased under a "Final Sale", "Clearance," or marked as non-returnable on the product page.
Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items.

🚚 Return Pick-up & Self-Shipping
We offer free return pick-up from your address in most serviceable pin codes.
If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, we may ask you to self-ship the product using any reliable courier service. In such cases:
Please share the courier receipt.
We will reimburse up to ₹100 as shipping charges.
Returns must be dispatched within 3 days of return approval.


🔄 Replacements
Under our exchange policy, if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we'll arrange a free replacement.
Replacements are shipped once the original item is picked up and received at our warehouse.
If a replacement is not available, we'll offer you a full refund or store credit, based on your preference.


💸 Refunds
Here's how our refund process works once we receive and inspect your returned item:
Refunds are processed within 3--7 business days.
You can choose:
Refund to the original payment method, OR
Store credit for future purchases
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: our cash on delivery refund is issued via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation.
Note: Shipping charges (if any) from the original order are non-refundable.
