The item is in its original packaging, including tags, labels, covers, or sleeves.

You received a wrong item, defective product, or damaged parcel.

The size, color, or product delivered was not as described on our website.

The product has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Tags, labels, or packaging are missing.

The item was purchased under a “Final Sale”, “Clearance,” or marked as non-returnable on the product page.

Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items.

🚚 Return Pick-up & Self-Shipping
We offer free return pick-up from your address in most serviceable pin codes.

If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, we may ask you to self-ship the product using any reliable courier service. In such cases:

Please share the courier receipt.

We will reimburse up to ₹100 as shipping charges.

Returns must be dispatched within 3 days of return approval.

🔄 Replacements
If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll arrange a free replacement.

Replacements are shipped once the original item is picked up and received at our warehouse.

If a replacement is not available, we’ll offer you a full refund or store credit, based on your preference.
